Family Culture – Need of the Hour
Today’s families and family culture has changed very drastically when compared to the previous years. What do we mean by family culture? A sense of belongingness, more of us than I in the family, and strong bondage between the members of the family.
Positive vibes or positive and happy atmosphere in the family. Where each member of the family, has a sense of faith and confidence and moral support from other members of the family.

Today there are no families and there is no family culture, just four people living under a roof, each leading their own individual life, with so called personal spaces.
Parents don’t have time for anything else, except job, children are busy with their routine and studies. Frankly speaking there is no time for anyone to share or to interact with the other family members.
Highly competitive world, cut throat competition and tight schedules, very definite and valid reasons. Then what is the solution? Well, there is very old saying but which is very valid. “Where there is will there is a way”.
Basically it is the responsibility of the head of the family, to take the initiative and to see that all the family members spend some time together and share their feelings.
Each of the family members should feel that there are other members of the family to stand for them and to boost their confidence. And they in turn should do the same towards other members.
Little acts of appreciation and love shown towards each other, giving guidance and confidence, to each other in times of need. Going on a vacation together, spending time together on weekends.
Each family member should make an effort, to stay with other members of the family on special occasions like birthdays, marriage days and festivals.
If each person and each family implements these things, there will be more number of families and less houses.
