Perhaps this is the toughest job of parenting. Disciplining kids is a tough task, because, they will not be in an age, where in you can make them sit, talk to them, and make them understand. Nor, can you punish them, and correct their behavior, because of their tender mind and body. We often associate the word discipline, with punishment, or control, but the real meaning of discipline is, to impart knowledge and skill. Discipline should help the child, to cope up with the real world, in an effective way. It should help him build confidence and should make him, competent. Effective and positive discipline, is guiding, and teaching children, not to just force them, to obey us. Parents should correct any misbehavior, but in a way that it has a positive effect, on the child. Some years back, a family was a family, and a home was a home, not just a house surrounded by four walls. The scenario has now, completely changed; today hardly you find any homes, and mostly all that you end up finding, are houses. Today in every house we find kids watching cartoons. Just to keep them occupied we make them watch cartoons, later on they become so addicted to them. That they hardly allow other to see any other program on television and start crying if we don’t allow them to see. Such is the effect of cartoons on kids. Kids now a day’s no more are interested in playing and outdoor activities, they are more interested to spend their time in front of the idiot box. Most of the time parents are busy in their own work and have no time to see what they are watching and what effect it has on them. Here comes the New Year, very exciting and having fun time on the eve of new year 2013. The best thing is that its a good time for having best resolutions to be followed across the year 2013. Also have an analyses of the last year's resolutions and the achievement rate. This is the good time to chalk out some good resolution for kids as well. As they need most attention and love; parents should adopt best ways to education and teach their kids good behaviour. And that makes at the top in the resolution for the new year 2013. If you don't have any resolution and your all set for the year, then just focus on kids activities, you may come across any suggestion that need to be follow up. Some interesting resolutions, those can not be acted are less chocolates, cakes, less junk food; less outdoor sports. But you can thing serious about those if you believe you can act on.

But now time have changed like anything, ever increasing prices and high inflation, all these factors are forcing women to go to work. It is not enough in today’s society if one person earns.
