Kids Care – Big Question Mark
There have been drastic changes in our society in the recent years. Earlier mothers used to be there at
home and take care of their kids and the household responsibilities. But now time have changed like anything, ever increasing prices and high inflation, all these factors are forcing women to go to work.
It is not enough in today’s society if one person earns. Both the partners have to go to work if they want to live in a planned way and if they want their children’s future to be secure.
In such a case if both the parents are working what happens to the child? Even our family system is no more joint family system, so that we can leave the children under care of grandparents and go to work.
In nuclear families if both the parents are working, the child has to be left at the mercy of the care takers or creches.
As a solution to this problem, some of the companies have made arrangements to the working mothers, by providing baby care centers, right in the office or company premises so that they can look after the child.
Some mother seven prefer working from homes so that they can do justice to their role as a mother. But it is not possible for every working mother to look for a convenient job, where she can do justice to both her roles. So, in such a case where a mother has to leave her child at the baby care center, what are the things she should pay attention to?
She should see if the people who are baby sitters are professionally trained ones. For how long their institution has been rendering services in this field? Are there any complaints against them? How sincere are the people over there in discharging their duties and taking care of the child?
All these things should be taken care of before leaving the child at the mercy of the baby sitters. Money is everything in today’s world, but for every mother her kid is her everything. So, take care of your child.
