Everything about Kid’s Sleep

Kids and children of all ages need sufficient rest and sleep. Kid’s lack of sleep often results in, crankiness and crying . Kids below three years need morning and afternoon naps though they might sleep in the night. A young baby needs around 14 – 15 hours of sleep in a 24 hour cycle. New born babies and young babies tend to become drowsy while they are feeding, but babies above six months know how to keep themselves awake, so parents have to make new strategies to make them relax and go to sleep. On the other hand toddlers need around 10 – 12 hours of sleep during the night time apart from their afternoon nap. It is always best to put the kid to sleep before they become too tired and need to relax.
