Most of us fail to wake up early in the morning. That weights high on our fitness, since we will not be able to do fitness or jogging. According to a study, morning is not the best time to do fitness workout. In fact, if you wake up late, then that time would be perfect one. Those believe that only morning or evening one should do work-out for fitness, then they might be wrong according to the research report. Staying fit is the tedious task, and it happens with all. Those are consistent, they can lead a dissent life. Next time you are planning to do exercise, and unable to fix a time in the morning, then you can make schedule as per your sleeping habit.
