Top 10 Ways to be Happy

Happiness is the real reason to live life. In the busy life, we often think of worthless things, those were the major reason for our sorrow. But, we often forget to see the flip side.
If you see, there would be many reasons in life to feel happy. Those small incidents may be but give you the real happiness. Let’s not get into the materialistic world or any discussion on that, instead we can consider life as a bliss and we all are blessed by the almighty.
Start living happily every day, in fact, try to live every moment of your life. Here I listed 10 ways to be happy in life:
  1. Smile: A smile on your face even in the toughest time proves that you learned how to live a life fighting against odds. Your smile will inspire others to smile, and it will go on.
  2. Forgive: Whatever has happened in life is just a moment and in reality that phase has gone. By not forgiving others, we are welcoming the sorrow. Forget the past, live in present.
  3. Call a Friend: If are not happy, no problem, just give a call to your friend. Because, they know you better than you. They know how to talk when your sad. Really try this, I believe most of us do this, but it’s effective.
  4. Spiritual Places: Not matter to which religion you belong to, but spiritualism have equal impact on us. When you’re sad, pay a visit to any religious institution. By doing so you can’t feel happiness all of sudden, but his practice makes you perfect in achieving the key mantra of happiness.
  5. Eat Delicious Food: Really believe it or not, by eating something delicious can refresh your mood for a while. I am not going to present any scientific reason behind this, but certainly feel that this will be effective.
  6. Visit a Park: Take out some time from your busy scheduled to visit a nearby park. Nothing to do there, but you will get some time for yourself. Watch people enjoying there and learn something from them. When you come across people smiling at the park, that will inspire you to smile again.
  7. Spend time with family members: You can speak up with your family members and spend some time with them to get relaxed. Family members might have something to share with you regarding your childhood. Such talks will take back to you to that stage from the current stage of sadness.
  8. Write a Diary: Jot down the incident happened to you, try to focus on one-by-one. Judge the situation from both sides not favouring yourself. Try to find out the key issue for the sadness. This will not solve the matter, but give you strength to face it.
  9. Play with Kids: Spending some time with kids. They have the special quality to heal all your pain. Their smile is a panacea, talk to kids and see. It really works for all, irrespective of age.
  10. Admire Yourself: If you want to be really happy, forget everything and just admire yourself. This has been the ‘Golden Rule’ for happiness. Take any example, anyone who admires himself or herself, is the happiest person in the work. No matter what they have done wrong from others point of view, but if you want to conquer yourself, just forget what others are saying or thinking about it, it’s their perception not yours.
