Measure Stress Level: Possible?
Everybody talks about stress causing health problems, and all are right what they have been saying about stress level. The word stress itself sounds heavy, and when it weighs high on your brain, obviously it will lead to some health ailments.
The point is whether there some instruments to check the stress level, pardon me if there some instrument, I may be ignorant about that. Actually, this I heard from a famous movie, I recently watched. Nay, that name of the movie, not matters much, but the inspiration made me to write this post.
What you say if a person fails to cope with the stress level? Is he able to tolerate the pressure of stress? I'd like to say that, there may be some instruments to judge but that hardly matters pertaining to your health. Only matters is how cool your handling the pressure or the heavy weight world 'Stress'.
There is no specific mantra to ease stress. According to experts those belong the health and fitness, say there are some Yoga poses or fitness exercises to ease pressure.Certainly they are right, but there are also you can't measure how much stress you've eased, really?
Believe in yourself, stress is correct and it has some level, but if your strong (mental I mean) the stress level will go down immediately after it taking a slight tool on you. For that simply you can keep your brain open and have a commitment to not bow down before the situations those stand against you.
Stand up, start to face the situations, fight with those, obviously you will win. After all stress is a psychologial phenomenon and your HUMAN BEING.
