Being happy is the most important thing in life, which helps you to stay healthy as well. In day-to-day life there may be lot of challenges to face, not necessary those would in your favor, but the basic principle of the life is to face the situation rather avoiding those.

When it comes to stay healthy and happy, most of the people fail to get through. The exact reasons would be million if one starts count those. The flip side of the happiness, the situation look like problem making people nervous, emotional, sentimental and grim.

There are no specific mantras to live happy always because it is a state of mind. And mindset is different from person to person, as they also vary in their thoughts and psychology. But there are simple evaluation tips; those can help one to stay fit and healthy.

Here are two things you can do at no cost to stay happy.

Understand: This will help you not only to understand the problem but also you, yourself and your life. When a person tries to understand the situation, he or she may have plenty of idea to overcome from the situation, which looks like a big problem. Understanding self is the biggest achievement in the life, which yet to be achieved by many of us. Spend few minutes every day to know you; the goals, the vision, the family and society. And for this there is no need you to have meditation, anytime anywhere you can just think about your life.

Family: Take the help of your family members; share any concern you have with them. You will feel comfortable and their suggestions always there to help you out, since they are truly well wishers. God has created human being and gifted ‘family’ to love and share his or her feeling with them. Family members know you qualities and abilities better than you, (its personal opinion). They can judge you and your situation and may suggest the best possible way. People with family ever stay happy, and free from worries, since there will be sharing feeling, ideas and views. Family is the best way to stay happy always.

These two things one required to be happy. Other material things are related to state of mind, so those vary from person to person in regard to judging happiness.
