Every one likes to give a good and sparkling smile and wants to smell fresh, and confident, when talking to others. But doing all this, depends entirely on the way, you take care of the teeth and the entire oral system.

By brushing twice a day you cannot be sure that you are having a good and healthy oral system. You need to check on some points that indicate good oral health. Having clean and debris free teeth. Gums that do not hurt or bleed when you brush your teeth or floss and are pink in color, are indicators of good oral health.

This can potentially lead to the development of empty spaces around your teeth and eventually leads to the destruction of the bone and could loosen your teeth. You can avoid all this by Proper brushing, flossing and regular dental checkups. You can be sure of a healthy mouth when it is plaque free.

  1. You need to brush thoroughly and twice a day, flossing is also a must. This results in reducing the plaque accumulation in the mouth.
  2. It is very much necessary that you brush for two to three minutes and don’t apply too much pressure on the teeth; pressure should be just moderate to clean. This ensures that all your teeth are adequately cleaned.
  3. Brushing at 45 degree angle ensures that you reach the areas between the teeth and gum line.
  4. To reduce dental decay, you should use dental products and tooth paste that contains fluoride.
  5. Store tooth brush in a place where it will dry quickly. Replace your tooth brush when the bristles start bending or in every three months.
