- Getting up, at the same time every day, will help to ‘set’ your body clock and you’ll find yourself getting sleepy at about the same time every night.

- Make it a point that you get enough of early morning sunshine, as this helps to set your body clock.
- Use a mattress that is neither too hard nor too soft to sleep.
- Make sure the room is at the right temperature and is dark enough.
- If there is too much noise, or irritating sounds, that disturb your sleep, try to use earplugs.
- Make sure that you use your bedroom only for sleeping. And don’t use it for watching television or talking to friends on the phone, and make it a lounge.
