Fitness test: How often you do?

Everybody knows they need to be fit in order to be healthy. Fitness is the only ways that can motivate you in many ways, and one of the core reason for your success.

But how often you are going for fitness test, to know whether you fit or not. All of us visit medical, if we fall ill, and look for treatment.

How many of us would be believing in 'prevention is better than cure' in health matters. When you thing that you can take medicine for your ailment and it will be right again.

It is not like that, one need to focus on own health, no matter got sick or not. You health needs your attention, being fit you need to have regular medical checkups.

In country like India, where people do not feel the need to visit doctor, when they don't have any major or minor ailments.

Fitness test does not mean involve long medical procedures rather simple tests to know about basic measures of your health condition.

The biggest mistake is the ignoring health issues, and only considering medications only after the we come to know about any ailments.
